Welcome to Amherst Estates Condominium Association. Amherst Estates, built from 1979 to 1982, is a condominium community of 18 units. Located in the Rolando area of San Diego, 1 mile from San Diego State University, 10 miles from Downtown and beautiful beaches. Amenities at Amherst Estates include onsite laundry and parking. The Association is currently self-managed by its Board of Directors.
HOA fees include common area maintenance, groundskeeping, janitorial service, pest control, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, and insurance.
Amherst Estates is close to La Mesa and Mission Valley, easily accessible to San Diego State University, Mission Valley Mall and Downtown San Diego.

Common Areas
- NO smoking within 25 feet of the property.
- NO playing or loitering in walkways or parking lot.
- Animals must be leashed at all times on the property and animal waste properly disposed of.
- Vehicles are subject to tow at the Boards discretion for improper parking and other violations.
